About This Role
Amentum is seeking a Las Vegas-based Flight Attendant to support company-operated B737 aircraft. The role performs passenger safety, emergency preparedness, security, aircraft preparation, and onboard service duties in a small, demanding aircraft environment. It offers guaranteed full-time pay, union representation, recurring training, and a comprehensive benefits package, subject to the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform Flight Attendant duties aboard company-operated aircraft and complete assigned pre-flight and post-flight aircraft checks. Brief passengers on emergency equipment and procedures, ensure compliance with safety regulations, manifest flights, and follow required security practices and procedures. Provide leadership, direction, and assistance during emergencies

- perform light cleaning of aircraft interiors
- and support passenger comfort, safety, and related onboard matters. Additional duties may be assigned within the terminal area or company office locations.
Requirements
- Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a current, valid state-issued driver's license.
- They must qualify for and maintain a Top Secret U.S.
- Government security clearance and associated work-location access, and must be a U.S. citizen without dual citizenship to obtain the clearance.
- Candidates must pass company-operated jet aircraft emergency training and initial Flight Attendant training and maintain currency as a Flight Attendant.
- The role requires the ability to perform assigned physical duties independently, push and pull hinged aircraft doors weighing up to 80 pounds, communicate effectively in public, and use mathematics and computer systems proficiently.
- Applicants must also be familiar with basic First Aid, CPR, and AED.
