About This Role
Frontier Airlines, a Denver-based ultra-low-cost carrier, is hiring Flight Attendants to join their cabin crew team at one of 13 U.S. bases. Candidates must be at least 20 years old, fluent in English, hold a valid passport with 14+ months validity, and have 6+ months of customer service experience. Requirements
  • Minimum 20 years of age to begin the interview process
  • Valid passport book with at least 14 months of remaining validity
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Fluent in English (read, write, speak)
  • 6+ months of customer service or guest-facing experience (hospitality, retail, food service, call center, or similar)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance
  • No visible hand, neck, or face tattoos
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfort assisting passengers in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Able to lift and stow 35-50 lb bags
  • Able to push/pull 100-lb galley carts
  • Able to reach overhead up to 67 inches
  • Able to operate aircraft doors, window exits, and emergency equipment
  • Able to hear and respond to chimes, announcements, call buttons, and crew instructions
  • Able to bend, balance, and perform repetitive motions
  • Able to secure yourself in a jumpseat with standard belts and harnesses
  • Must follow all FAA and Frontier safety procedures
  • Must pass pre-employment drug testing for marijuana, cocaine, amphetamines, opioids, and phencyclidine (PCP)
