About This Role
Cabin Crew (Flight Attendant) based in Hong Kong with Cathay Pacific. As a brand ambassador you deliver safety and service excellence on board, creating memorable inflight experiences across Cathay's global network. Contract role, Inflight Service Delivery Department.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Carry out safety, first aid and security procedures to the highest standard
- Be a brand ambassador and provide genuine, personal experiences to all customers
- Deliver service excellence and exceed customer expectations at every opportunity
- Attend to customers' needs in a caring and professional manner
- Embrace diversity; be thoughtful and caring to customers needing extra help
- Be an excellent team player in a culturally diverse environment
- Adapt to situations with confidence, tact and flexibility
- Uphold inflight policies and comply with all regulatory requirements

Requirements
- Right to work in Hong Kong
- Minimum age of 18
- High school graduate or above
- Proficiency in written & spoken English plus at least one additional language (Cantonese, Putonghua, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum arm-reach of 208cm on tiptoe
- Previous airline, hospitality or service industry experience an advantage
