About This Role
Air Wisconsin is seeking Flight Attendants to join their team as key players in airline operations. As a dedicated professional, the flight attendant's priority is passenger well-being, ensuring safe, comfortable and secure travel experiences. The role involves providing top-notch customer service and maintaining a positive inflight environment. As the sole flight attendant on each aircraft, you are the face of Air Wisconsin. The position offers competitive pay starting at $18.04 per block hour with progression opportunities, comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, and up to 30 paid vacation days annually.

Requirements
- Minimum 19 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid civilian passport with authorization to travel to all served cities and countries
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Ability to pass federally mandated 10-year background check
- Ability to pass FBI fingerprinting requirements
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Maximum height of 5'10" (178 cm)
- Ability to reach minimum 68 inches (173 cm) above ground
- Proficient in reading, writing, understanding and conversing in English
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend, squat, twist and turn
- Ability to push, pull and lift up to 45 lbs
- Adaptability and ability to perform effectively under stress
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including days, nights, weekends and holidays
