Air Inuit is hiring a Flight Attendant based in Montreal, serving the 14 Nunavik communities of Northern Quebec and beyond across the airline's network. Owned through the Makivvik Corporation and flying since 1978, Air Inuit operates a fleet of more than 35 aircraft from the Twin Otter to the Boeing 737-800NG, carrying passengers, cargo and essential services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The Flight Attendant is the face of safety and comfort on board, working from the Air Inuit Flight Attendant Manual to perform safety procedures, deliver announcements and demonstrations, and manage on-board service with professionalism. The role contributes actively to the company's Safety Management System and takes on additional duties assigned by the Chief Flight Attendant. It is a permanent, full-time position based on a 40-hour work week with a schedule of 17 workdays and 11 non-consecutive days off per month, and a starting salary that increases after six months of continuous service.
