About This Role
Air Astana is recruiting Flight Attendants based in Astana to ensure the safety of passengers and crew while delivering high-quality onboard service. The role requires Kazakh, Russian, and English at a good conversational level, along with the ability to work empathetically and effectively in a team. Applicants must meet the stated height and reach standards, hold citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and submit a full-length photograph with their resume.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of passengers and crew throughout the flight.
- Provide high-quality service and create a comfortable atmosphere on board.
Requirements
- Applicants must be citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and have secondary and/or vocational education.
- Good conversational proficiency in Kazakh, Russian, and English is required, while knowledge of additional languages is welcomed.
- Candidates should have a presentable appearance, excellent health, strong communication skills, a high level of empathy, a willingness to work with people, stress resistance, adaptability, and the ability to work in a team.
- Experience in the service industry is desirable but not mandatory.
- The minimum height is 170 cm for men and 165 cm for women, and candidates must be able to reach a minimum height of 208 cm for safety reasons.
