About This Role
Air Methods, the leader in air medical transport, seeks experienced Fixed Wing Regional Relief Pilots to operate PC-12 aircraft from home-based locations throughout the PacWest region (WA, OR, CA, AZ, NV). This role involves 24/7 air medical operations transporting patients to receiving hospitals across assigned operational areas. Candidates require a minimum of 2500 total flight hours with 1000 hours PIC in category, 500 hours turbine time, and an instrument rating. Requirements
- 2500 total flight hours minimum
- 1000 hours PIC in category minimum
- 500 hours cross-country flight time (minimum 50 hours at night)
- 500 hours turbine time
- 100 hours night flight time
- 100 hours flight in actual instrument conditions in category
- Instrument rating for category and class of aircraft
- Fixed wing multiengine rating required for twin-engine aircraft
- Commercial single-engine land rating for single-engine aircraft
- First or Second Class FAA Medical Certificate
- Must have flown in category within previous 24 months
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college/technical school
- Two to five years related experience
- Weight not to exceed 250 pounds
- Must be less than 70 years old
