About This Role
ExecuJet Middle East is seeking an experienced First Officer to operate a Lineage aircraft from its Dubai, UAE base within the Flight Operations division. The role is conducted in corporate and business aviation and requires an ATPL, substantial total and multi-engine flight experience, jet time, and familiarity with rated operations. The First Officer supports the PIC in safe, compliant and professional flight operations, passenger care, aircraft preparation, navigation, documentation, crew coordination and operational reporting.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The First Officer liaises with the PIC or Lead Commander and passengers when an aircraft defect or other operational issue may affect the aircraft's schedule. The role is responsible for operating the aircraft in accordance with the EJME Private Operations Manual, including applicable operations, flight duty period and safety requirements, and for ensuring compliance with the EJME COM or POM, including aircraft-specific SOPs. The First Officer must understand company Operational Instructions, Crew Memos and the civil aviation regulations applicable to the aircraft's registry and operate accordingly. Duties include assisting the PIC with aircraft paperwork and confirming that the aircraft is airworthy before departure
- conducting flight duties in accordance with company SOPs, procedures, limitations and aircraft-type performance requirements as directed by the commander
- independently checking the aircraft's geographical position and maintaining safe terrain clearance
- and creating a safe, professional onboard environment with strong CRM. The First Officer checks passenger travel documents, supports passenger safety briefings when requested, and briefs passengers on journey time, en-route weather, potential delays and other pertinent information when delegated by the PIC. The role also helps maintain crew discipline, presentation and the reputation of ExecuJet Middle East
- reports faults, failures, malfunctions, defects, abnormalities, events, incidents and accidents that may affect airworthiness or safe operation through the correct channels
- reports any incident that could endanger the operation to the commander
- complies with applicable flight-time-limitation and rest requirements
- obtains information or explanations from the commander when necessary to perform the co-pilot function
- verifies synchronization of both EFBs before flight
- and complies with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures. The listed duties are indicative rather than exhaustive and may change to meet company business objectives.

Requirements
- Applicants should hold an ATPL and have 1,500 hours of total flight time, including 1,000 hours of multi-engine time and 500 hours of jet time. The posting identifies rated corporate or business aviation experience as the relevant background and states that the qualification includes a current type rating. Candidates must be fluent in written and spoken English
- additional languages are advantageous. Basic Microsoft Office skills are required.
