About This Role
Voyageur Aviation Corp. is seeking a full-time First Officer to join its Flight Operations team and operate as Second-in-Command on the company's Beechcraft King Air 200 fleet. Based at the company's air ambulance operation in New Brunswick, the First Officer will support safe and efficient flight operations, maintain operational control parameters and required qualifications, coordinate with the Pilot-in-Command, dispatch, air traffic services and customers, and help deliver flight objectives for passengers, crew, aircraft and cargo. The position offers the opportunity to work on Canada's east coast and requires commuting to or relocating to New Brunswick.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The First Officer will operate as Second-in-Command on company aircraft and provide support to the Pilot-in-Command. Duties include maintaining operational control parameters throughout flights, supporting on-time performance and completion of flight objectives, and safely operating company aircraft while ensuring the security of passengers, crew, aircraft and cargo. The role involves liaising with the Pilot-in-Command, Voyageur's Dispatch department, ATC, FSS and customers
- ensuring all required maps, charts and navigation equipment are available on board
- maintaining the qualifications required to crew BE20 aircraft
- participating actively in safety briefings and using Voyageur's Safety and Risk Management system
- complying with company policies, procedures, air regulations and standard operating procedures
- and completing required operational paperwork.

Requirements
- Applicants must possess a valid CPL with IATRA or an ATPL, along with at least 500 hours of total flight time and 100 hours of multi-engine experience.
- Previous Garmin 1000 and/or EFIS experience is an asset rather than a stated minimum.
- Candidates must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to identify solutions, and communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms.
- The role requires willingness to work a flexible rotation schedule and to commute to or relocate to New Brunswick.
- Candidates must also be legally eligible to work for a Canadian company as a Canadian citizen, Canadian permanent resident or holder of a valid work permit, provide a clear Criminal Background Check, and be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
