About This Role
Airlink is recruiting First Officers for its Johannesburg operation, with the posting open until 31 December 2026. Requirements
- The minimum education requirement is a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
- Applicants may hold a SACAA CPL, ATPL or Frozen ATPL and must have a valid instrument rating and South African citizenship.
- The standard First Officer pathway requires a minimum of 1,000 hours of total flying time, including 200 Multi Engine hours and 200 Turbine hours.
- Previous advanced training on flight simulator training devices (FSTD) is preferred.
- For lower-experience First Officers, the Cadet First Officer pathway requires at least 200 hours, a valid ME IR CPL, a Grade 12 certificate and South African citizenship.
- The Connect First Officer pathway requires at least 500 hours together with a valid ME IR CPL, a Grade 12 certificate and South African citizenship.
