About This Role
Green Africa Airways is recruiting qualified First Officers and Second Officers for its expanding Flight Operations team. The role supports safe and efficient airline operations while working closely with the Captain and other crew members, complying with aviation regulations, standard operating procedures, and company policies. Candidates are expected to demonstrate technical knowledge, professionalism, teamwork, strong communication, sound decision-making, and a consistent commitment to flight safety and Green Africa’s corporate values.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support safe and efficient flight operations as part of Green Africa Airways’ Flight Operations team.
- Work closely with the Captain and other crew members to ensure compliance with aviation regulations, standard operating procedures, and company policies.
- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge, professionalism, teamwork, effective communication, sound decision-making, and an unwavering commitment to safety while upholding Green Africa’s corporate values and image.
Requirements
- Applicants must hold a valid flight crew licence and applicable ratings in accordance with NCAA requirements, a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate, and relevant flight training and experience appropriate to the position.
- ATR aircraft type rating and experience are required where applicable.
