About This Role
Qanot Sharq Airlines is recruiting female flight attendants who are citizens of Uzbekistan and generally aged 18 to 25, with the age limit subject to individual assessment by airline management. Candidates must meet the specified education, language, swimming, height, appearance, communication, and personal-quality requirements. Successful candidates undergo a medical examination and training at the Training and Simulation Center, with the candidates responsible for those costs; applicants with relevant prior experience and aviation certificates are invited to an interview.
Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements
- Applicants must be citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan and generally be between 18 and 25 years old, although the age limit may be assessed individually at the discretion of airline management. At least a secondary education is required. Candidates must demonstrate knowledge of geography, culture, and politics, clear speech, and quick-wittedness
- knowledge and experience in medicine and customer service are advantageous. Proficiency in Uzbek, English, and Russian is required to the extent necessary for performing duties, while additional foreign languages are an advantage. Swimming ability is required.
- Candidates should be disciplined, organized, responsible, punctual, tactful yet persistent, observant, friendly, neat, responsive, approachable, empathetic, and able to create a positive impression. They must be able to respond rapidly, remain psychologically resilient, and work effectively in stressful or emergency situations and under time pressure. For female candidates, height must be between 162 cm and 175 cm, and body weight must be proportional to height in accordance with Articles 15 and 27 and Appendices 1 and 2 of AP RUz-67. A slim, proportional figure is required. The posting also excludes facial asymmetry, visible defects, scars, pigmentation or birthmarks, large moles, burn marks, tattoos on exposed areas of the body, and piercings. Crowns made of yellow or white metal alloys are not permitted. Candidates must have clear diction without speech defects, a neat hairstyle or haircut, and no facial hair, including beards or mustaches, while serving. A neat, tidy, and polished appearance is required.
- Selection documents include copies of the passport, international passport if available, educational certificate, and military service record if applicable, together with the prescribed application form and a high-quality, full-body 9x12 cm photograph without filters. After successfully passing selection, candidates undergo a suitability medical examination and training at the Training and Simulation Center and must cover the costs of both the medical examination and training. Applicants with prior flight attendant experience and the specified valid aviation certificates are invited to an interview.
