About This Role
Talon Air, a Part 91 corporate aviation operator, is seeking an experienced Falcon 2000 Captain to join their well-supported, safety-focused team. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $110,000 to $200,000 annually with annual bonuses, OT opportunities, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Candidates must hold an ATP certificate with Falcon 2000 type rating, 3,500+ total flight hours, and 2,000+ PIC hours, along with a valid First Class Medical and ability to obtain CANPASS authorization for Canada travel. The 20/10 roster pattern provides excellent work-life balance, with the account averaging 200 flight hours annually in a customer-service-driven environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate Falcon 2000 aircraft in Part 91 charter operations
- Conduct pre-flight inspections and safety checks
- Lead crew resource management and operational safety
- Maintain compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures
- Provide professional customer service during flights

Requirements
- ATP (Airline Transport Pilot) Certificate
- Falcon 2000 Type Rating
- Minimum 3,500 total flight hours

- Minimum 1,500 MEL PIC hours
- FAA First Class Medical Certificate
- Valid Passport
