About This Role
Milskil is recruiting several permanent, full-time F/A-18F Super Hornet instructor positions at RAAF Base Amberley, QLD, for F-Model Instructor Pilots and Instructor WSOs. The Amberley training team manages and provides key elements of the F/A-18F Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler aircrew-training systems, focusing on simulation systems, mission support, mission training, training operations and simulator operation. The successful personnel will train the next generation of war fighters and deliver world-class war-fighter training support to the Australian Defence Force; applicants need F/A-18F instructional experience, Australian or U.S. citizenship, the applicable security clearance and a federal police check.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The role is part of the Milskil Amberley training team, which manages and provides key elements of the F/A-18F Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler aircrew training systems.
- The work focuses on simulation systems, mission support, mission training, training operations and simulator operation.
- F-Model Instructor Pilots and Instructor WSOs train the next generation of war fighters and provide world-class war-fighter training support to the Australian Defence Force while working in a team environment with like-minded professionals.

Requirements
- The posting seeks experts from two backgrounds: fast-jet pilots with F/A-18F Super Hornet instructional experience and WSOs with F/A-18F Super Hornet instructional experience. Applicants must be Australian or U.S. citizens and able to gain and maintain a minimum Australian Defence Force NV2 security clearance
- U.S. citizens may instead currently hold a U.S. Department of Defense TS/TS-SCI clearance, and U.S. candidates must hold a current TS/TS-SCI clearance. Successful candidates must pass a federal police check. Candidates should be passionate about delivering world-class war-fighter training support to the Australian Defence Force and excel in a team environment with like-minded professionals.
