This role involves flying red air missions in the F-16 Mission and Tactics Trainer (MTT), supporting simulated engagements, mission planning, and training exercises. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of relevant experience, OR Master’s degree and 13+ years of relevant experience, OR High school diploma/Equivalent and 19+ years of relevant experience
- Current or former F-16 pilot
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work on-site with flexible shifts (mornings/evenings)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must have a current or active DoD Secret clearance
- Experience as an Instructor Pilot (IP) or Flight Evaluator
- Current DoD Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
