About This Role
GreyBird Pilot Academy is recruiting Flight Instructors in Denmark for three career paths: a Denmark-summer/Spain-winter split-base role, a full-time position at Aarhus Airport with sponsored CRI/SPA development, and a CRI/SPA-qualified role that may be full-time or flexibly part-time. Across the paths, instructors deliver aircraft flight training, guide students through commercial-pilot training, and may also teach in simulators and classrooms. The opportunity is open to newly graduated and experienced instructors, subject to an EASA ATPL or CPL and the relevant path-specific instructor, PIC/MEP, or CRI/SPA qualifications. Candidates must be willing to relocate and live within commuting distance of the Aarhus base, full-time or part-time depending on the position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Flight Instructors are primarily responsible for delivering flight training onboard GreyBird's aircraft and guiding students throughout their training journey.
- Depending on operational needs and the career path, they may conduct simulator sessions or simulator instruction and deliver classroom-based theoretical teaching.
- The work forms part of GreyBird's integrated commercial-pilot programs and supports high standards of pilot education.

Requirements
- All three career paths list an EASA ATPL or CPL. Career Path 1, Flight Instructor Denmark summer / Spain winter, requires a valid Flight Instructor Certificate and uses a Denmark/Spain summer-winter split base, with the instructor based in either Denmark or Spain. Career Path 2 is a full-time sponsored CRI/SPA program at Aarhus Airport in Denmark
- applicants must have experience as PIC on MEP aircraft and meet EASA FCL requirements for CRI/SPA ME or IRI MEP. Career Path 3 is for experienced instructors who already hold CRI/SPA: the CRI/SPA qualification is mandatory, a valid Flight Instructor Certificate is required, and an ME qualification is preferred but not required. Candidates must be willing to relocate and live within commuting distance of the Aarhus base, with full-time or part-time work depending on the position.
