About This Role
Fuji Dream Airlines (株式会社フジドリームエアラインズ) is recruiting experienced-hire Captain candidates (【他社経験者】機長候補) for its domestic scheduled and charter flight operations (国内線定期便、チャーター便の運航に関する業務). Applicants must already hold captain experience on jet aircraft at another scheduled airline operator. The posting is contract employment (契約社員) in the Flight Crew Department (運航乗員部), with the Nagoya head office in Toyoyama, Aichi and duty bases at Nagoya and Shizuoka (名古屋ベース、静岡ベース) on shift rosters (シフト勤務); after promotion to captain the contract renews annually (機長昇格後は1年毎の契約社員). Stated compensation is an expected annual package from 11,900,000 JPY, paid monthly from 800,000 JPY with no fixed overtime component and bonuses twice a year (想定年収 11,900,000 円 ～ / 想定給与 800,000 円 ～ / 固定残業 なし / ■賞与年2回).
