About This Role
AirSprint is seeking Embraer jet Captains based in Toronto or Montreal to operate private fractional-ownership aircraft throughout the Americas, Hawaii, Europe and other destinations. Reporting to the respective Chief Pilot, the Captain will deliver safe, efficient and personalized travel for AirSprint Owners while maintaining a professional demeanor, applying sound pilot decision-making, following standard operating procedures and adapting to changing destinations and operational requirements. The role combines high safety standards with exceptional customer service, teamwork and a flexible multi-option work schedule.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The Captain is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of AirSprint aircraft in accordance with company policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Duties include adapting to unknown destinations and routes with company support, adjusting to changes in daily operations during available workdays, responding promptly to irregular operations and continuing to provide exceptional customer service.
- The role also requires a professional, adaptable and safety-focused approach, sound pilot decision-making, adherence to standard operating procedures, and collaborative contribution to safe, seamless and memorable travel experiences for AirSprint Owners.

Requirements
- Applicants must hold an Airline Transport License (ATPL), have a Canadian passport or resident status with applicable visas to travel freely within Canada, the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean islands, South America and Western Europe, and be able to travel to the United States for training as a passenger.
- Candidates must be able to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) and Corporate CANPASS privileges, successfully complete a criminal background check, and regularly lift, push or pull at least 30 pounds.
- Captains must have 4,000 hours of total time, 1,000 hours of PIC time and 500 hours of Jet PIC time.
- Bonus qualifications include an aviation degree or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution, jet experience, time on type, corporate experience and oceanic or overseas experience.
