Eastern Airlines is hiring Flight Attendants for various bases across the United States. This is an entry-level position requiring US work authorization and customer service experience. The role involves in-flight service, safety demonstrations, emergency response, and extensive travel with variable scheduling.
Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Valid US Passport (not expiring within 6 months)
- Minimum 21 years of age
- High school diploma, GED, or greater
- At least 18 days per month availability
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol checks and pre-employment DOT drug test
- Ability to pass Criminal History Records Check (CHRC)
- Must have and maintain a personal cell phone
- Fluent in English (speak, read, write, and understand)
- Ability to serve alcoholic beverages
- Customer service experience required
- Hospitality or retail experience preferred
- Ability to travel to Canada
- Valid travel documents with no impediment to international destinations
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, reach, lift, stretch, and/or bend for up to 14 hours or more
- Ability to work variable duty blocks with possible extended periods
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Polished, professional, and conservative appearance required
- No visible tattoos or body piercings while on duty
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Must attend and successfully complete Initial Flight Attendant training and Operational Experience
