About This Role
Eastern Air Express is seeking a full-time 737 First Officer for its MIA/YNG operation. The position guarantees a minimum of 72 flight hours per month, reports directly to the Chief Pilot, and supports the Captain in conducting every flight safely and efficiently, including operation of the aircraft, passengers, cargo, and crew. The role requires 2,000 total flight hours with at least 500 turbojet hours, an FAA ATP certificate, a First-Class Medical Certificate, an FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit, a valid driver's license, a passport with worldwide travel eligibility, ICAO English Level 4 or higher, U.S. work authorization, and a strong safety and regulatory record. Narrow-body experience and CRM training or experience are preferred. The position involves seniority-bid schedules, nights, weekends, holidays, extensive travel, a two-hour base-radius requirement, and pre-employment testing and criminal-history screening. Duties & Responsibilities
- The First Officer supports the Captain in the safe and efficient conduct of every flight. Responsibilities include assisting with the safe operation of the aircraft, passengers, cargo, and crew
- performing flight duties delegated by the Captain
- assuming command if the Captain becomes incapacitated
- maintaining awareness of Captain responsibilities and accepting delegated authority as required
- complying with all FARs, company policies, and standard operating procedures
- maintaining a current First-Class Medical Certificate and reporting any condition affecting flight fitness
- and upholding professionalism, teamwork, and clear communication throughout all phases of flight.

Requirements
