About This Role
EASP AIR is recruiting experienced DORNIER DO328-100TP First Officers for new European and Asian Coast Guard and ISR projects. The role involves performing maritime patrol missions, low-level operations, and air drops with a focus on special operations. Candidates must hold EASA ATPL(A), valid Class I Medical Certificate, and current DO328 Type Rating with minimum 1,500 total hours and 500 PIC hours on twin-engine turbine aircraft. EU citizenship is mandatory, along with English proficiency level 6, and candidates must be willing to work full-time with flexible rotation schedules from Schiphol Airport base. Type-rated First Officers with low hours may be eligible for a Fast Track option.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate DORNIER DO328-100TP on Maritime Patrol missions
- Perform low-level flight operations
- Execute air drops at low altitude safely
- Develop into all-round Special Operations Mission Specialist
- Work in small teams at remote locations
- Contribute to special operations and ISR projects

Requirements
- Valid EASA ATPL(A) license
- Valid EASA FCL Class I Medical Certificate
- EASA Type Rating on DORNIER DO328-100TP
- Minimum 1,500 hours total flight time
- Minimum 500 hours PIC on twin-engine turbine aircraft
- EU citizenship and residency
- English language proficiency level 6 (word and writing)
- Full-time fixed-term employment contract acceptance
- EU Personal Security Clearance Certificate obtainable within 3 months
- Maritime Surveillance and/or ISR experience preferred
- Low Level Endorsement preferred
- Military or Air Police background preferred
- Flexible team spirit required
