About This Role

Fargo Jet Center is seeking an experienced Director of Flight Operations to lead their Aircraft Management & Charter Department under FAA Part 135 certification at Hector International Airport in Fargo, ND. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and operational performance across all flight operations. The ideal candidate will have an ATP certificate, minimum 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience or PIC time under Part 121/135, and preferred experience with King Air and light-to-mid-size jet aircraft.
