About This Role
Air Dolomiti (an Italian airline of the Lufthansa Group) is hiring experienced Direct Entry Captains for the E-Jet family (E170/190), based in Italy. The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, safe and on-time operations, and an entry bonus for selected candidates.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Share responsibility for aircraft, crew, and passengers, ensuring safe and on-time flights.
- Lead the crew through positive, inclusive leadership.
- Operate Air Dolomiti aircraft safely and efficiently, ensuring punctuality, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality standards.
- Prepare and conduct flights in accordance with Air Dolomiti's operational directives.
- Actively cooperate with the crew, ground staff, and air traffic control.
- Continuously maintain and further develop professional skills.
Requirements
- EASA ATPL (A) License.
- Minimum of 5,000 flight hours in airline operations.
- Minimum of 1,500 flight hours as a Captain in airline operations.
- Good knowledge of English (ICAO Level 4 English Language Proficiency).
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- EU citizenship or unlimited residence and work permit.
- Passport with unlimited validity.
