About This Role
Air Dolomiti, an Italian airline of the Lufthansa Group, is hiring experienced Direct Entry Captains. The role is based in Italy (Florence and Venice airports) within a growing regional airline operating connections to Munich and Frankfurt hubs and other European destinations. Italian language is not required; an attractive entry bonus awaits selected candidates.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the crew through positive, inclusive leadership
- operate Air Dolomiti aircraft safely and efficiently, ensuring punctuality, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality standards
- prepare and conduct flights in accordance with Air Dolomiti's operational directives
- actively cooperate with the crew, ground staff, and air traffic control
- continuously maintain and further develop professional skills
- act responsibly and in a sustainable manner
- contribute to the development of Air Dolomiti and its corporate culture.
Requirements
- EASA ATPL (A) License
- Minimum of 5,000 flight hours in airline operations
- Minimum of 1,500 flight hours as a Captain in airline operations
- Good knowledge of English (ICAO Level 4 English Language Proficiency)
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- EU citizenship or unlimited residence and work permit
- Passport with unlimited validity
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
