Corporate Wings, a distinguished boutique-style aircraft management company and inaugural member of the Directional Aviation Portfolio, brings more than 40 years of experience, manages a fleet of over 20 aircraft, and has a team of more than 100 aviation professionals across the United States. The management headquarters is at Cuyahoga County Airport in Richmond Heights, Ohio, while this opening supports a Dallas/KDAL-based Gulfstream 650 managed aircraft on an on-demand Part 91 schedule of approximately 400 flight hours per year with three pilots and one cabin server. The Lead Captain combines technically accurate and safe transportation with concierge-level passenger service, passenger liaison work, and guidance and development of the pilot team. Duties & Responsibilities
- As Lead Captain, manage duty schedules, approve monthly expense reports, conduct annual performance evaluations, and manage training schedules for other crew members.
- Coordinate team action with additional flight crew and personnel, identify opportunities, answer questions, share information, foster employee goodwill, and mentor and counsel team members so they can maximize their potential.
- Partner with the Client Service Manager on aircraft schedule changes and other matters affecting aircraft and crew scheduling, obtain Corporate Wings input or approval for operational, personnel, and administrative issues and anticipated pilot-relief needs, and coordinate maintenance-test, training, and other flights outside the client's normal scheduling protocol.
- Ensure assigned flight schedules are executed safely and efficiently in accordance with regulatory and manufacturer guidelines.
- Personally welcome and engage passengers before flight, provide detailed trip briefings, confirm itineraries, give weather updates, explain changes, and serve as the liaison between passengers and Corporate Wings from FBO arrival through safe departure from the final destination FBO.
- Deliver impeccable inflight service, responsibly handle alcohol and catering, and meticulously load and stow baggage.
- Protect cabin integrity by thoroughly cleaning, organizing, and stocking it before each trip, flexibly taking on additional responsibilities as assignments require.

Requirements
