About This Role
DST LLC is hiring a CL-604 Captain based in Hagerstown, Maryland to fly as Pilot-In-Command on its Challenger 604, operating in accordance with FAA regulations and the DST Flight Operations Manual. The role covers flight planning, ATC coordination, in-flight command and post-flight duties, with direct customer communication on flight and schedule objectives and safety as the first priority. Work is full-time on a 14-day on / 14-day off rotation with CONUS and OCONUS travel, including extended overseas trips at customer request. U.S. citizenship and the ability to hold a DOD Top Secret clearance are required.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform duties as Pilot-In Command, responsible for safe and legal aircraft operation in accordance with FAA regulations and the DST Flight Operations Manual (FOM).
- Pre-flight planning and inspections.
- Conduct safe flight operations.
- Navigating and flying aircraft.
- In-flight monitoring.
- Communicating with air traffic control.
- Post-flight inspection.
- Communicate with customers to ensure a clear understanding of both flight and schedule objectives.
- Utilize effective Crew Resource Management techniques and brief all flight participants on safety and egress procedures prior to flight.
- Report mechanical issues or concerns to Maintenance and the Chief Pilot, and complete aircraft administration documents for time tracking and manifest.

Requirements
- Required Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Commercial AMEL with Instrument rating.
- Minimum TT of 2,000 hours.
- Preferred Education and Experience: CL-604 Type Rating.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5,000 TT hours desired.
- 2,000 Turbojet hours desired.
- 500 hours in CL-604.
- Other Hiring Requirements: Current Passport with unrestricted international travel privileges.
- Current FAA First or Second Class Medical.
- Valid Driver's License.
- U.S.
- Citizenship required.
- Must hold or be able to obtain a DOD Top Secret Level Clearance.
- Must pass a DOT/FAA regulated drug screening.
