About This Role
Ventura Air Services is seeking a Citation XL PIC for its established Part 135 operation in a family-owned environment focused on stability, integrity, growth and individualized professional development. The home-based role can be performed by crew members living anywhere within two hours of an airport in the lower 48 United States, with schedule options of 8/6 or 15/13 and travel days included in the rotation. The package includes a $130,000 base salary, company-paid travel, per diem, overtime and holiday pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to advance into instructor, standards/IOE captain or Check Airman roles.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as PIC on the CE-560XL while supporting domestic and international operations with a strong emphasis on safety, stability, dependability and customer service.
- Pilots are expected to communicate effectively, maintain a strong work ethic and contribute to a long-term professional relationship with Ventura Air Services.
- The company also offers opportunities to take on additional responsibilities as a company instructor, standards/IOE captain or Check Airman, with additional compensation when such responsibilities are assumed.

Requirements
- Applicants must hold an ATP and a First Class Medical and have CE-560XL experience, at least 3,000 hours of total flight time, 1,500 hours of PIC time and 250 hours in type.
- They must be able to travel internationally without restriction and be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
- Preferred qualifications include initial or recurrent training in type within the previous 36 months, 500 hours in type and international experience.
