About This Role
Silverhawk Aviation is hiring a full-time Citation Ultra/Encore Second in Command for its Lincoln, Nebraska charter operation. The SIC supports the PIC with aircraft preflight and cockpit checks and monitors flight and duty time for Part 135 compliance while serving repeat clients across the United States, Mexico and the Caribbean. Applicants need 1,500 total hours, a multi-engine commercial certificate, a passport, recent currency and a clean FAA record, and must live or relocate within one hour of KLNK; an ATP is preferred and the company can assist a hired pilot in obtaining it. Pilots average 15-17 flying days and 8-12 hotel nights per month, with company ownership and profit sharing, health coverage, employer-paid disability and life insurance, PTO and a company-paid CTP course.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Report to the Pilot in Command and performs duties assigned by the PIC.
- Preflight the airplane and accomplish preflight cockpit checks.
- Maintain and monitor flight-time and duty-time for CFR 135 compliance.

Requirements
- 1500 hours total time.
- Multi Commercial (ATP preferred—Silverhawk Aviation will assist hired pilots in obtaining their ATP if needed).
- Passport.
- 90-day currency.
- Clean FAA record.
- Must be located or willing to relocate to within 1 hour of KLNK.
