About This Role
AirSprint is recruiting Citation Jet Captains for various locations in Canada. Reporting to the respective Chief Pilot, Captains are responsible for the safe and efficient operation of AirSprint aircraft throughout the Americas, Hawaii, Europe and beyond. The role combines sound pilot decision-making, strict adherence to company procedures, adaptability to changing destinations and daily operations, and personalized customer service for AirSprint Owners in a private aviation environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate AirSprint aircraft safely and in accordance with company policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Adapt to unknown destinations and routes with company support, and adjust to changes in daily operations during available workdays.
- Respond promptly to irregular operations while providing exceptional, personalized customer service to Owners.
- Maintain a professional demeanor, follow standard operating procedures, use sound pilot decision-making, demonstrate AirSprint's values, and collaborate with the wider team to deliver safe, seamless and memorable travel experiences.

Requirements
- Applicants must hold a Commercial Pilot License (CPL), and Captains must have 3,000 hours total flight time, 1,000 hours PIC, and an Airline Transport License (ATPL).
- Candidates must hold a Canadian passport or resident status with applicable visas for travel throughout Canada, the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean, South America and Western Europe.
- The role also requires the ability to travel to the United States for training as a passenger, obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) and Corporate CANPASS privileges, pass a criminal background check, and regularly lift, push or pull at least 30 pounds.
- Bonus qualifications include an aviation degree or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution, jet experience, time on type and corporate experience.
- AirSprint also seeks pilots who are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, technically and analytically focused, able to work within established standards, solve problems using their expertise, make quick authoritative decisions within their span of control, communicate around required tasks, and work effectively within clearly defined team roles.
