About This Role
Silver Air is seeking an experienced Citation CJ3 First Officer to support a legacy-owner account that conducts a wide range of missions, including charter operations. The role includes flying across the broader CJ3 fleet, building flight hours, working directly with the Chief Pilot, and contributing to a professional, hospitality-focused operation with opportunities for growth and leadership.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The First Officer reviews aircraft maintenance status to confirm airworthiness
- conducts pre-flight inspections in accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual
- checks weather, facilities, route conditions, destination airports, and alternates
- ensures flights comply with Silver Air policies, procedures, and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations
- protects the safety of passengers, aircraft, and crew
- and completes all trip paperwork accurately according to Silver Air procedures.

Requirements
- Applicants must have 1,500 hours of total flight time and 1,000 hours of multi-engine time.
- The posting lists 500 hours of total turbine time as preferred and requires a valid First Class Medical Certificate.
- Previous Part 135 experience is preferred but not required.
- The successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain CANPASS authorization for unrestricted commercial-pilot travel to and from Canada.
- Strong customer service, verbal and written communication, attention to detail, organization, time management, teamwork, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities are required.
- The role also requires availability for an on-call basis, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
