About This Role
Shoreline Aviation is seeking an experienced Citation 560XL Captain to serve as Pilot in Command of its Citation 560XL aircraft from its base on Massachusetts’ South Shore. The captain will operate the aircraft safely and efficiently under Shoreline Aviation policies, FAA regulations, and manufacturer guidance while coordinating with maintenance and dispatch teams on airports, weather, and aircraft issues.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate as Pilot in Command in the Citation 560XL safely and efficiently in accordance with Shoreline Aviation’s policies, FAA regulations, and manufacturer guidance.
- Cooperate with maintenance and dispatch teams to review destination airports, weather, and maintenance irregularities, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
- Maintain a professional, safety-focused flight environment and demonstrate strong decision-making and communication skills.

Requirements
- Applicants must have 1,500 total flight hours, with the ATP written examination completed or an ATP certificate, plus 500 cross-country hours, 100 night hours, and 75 instrument hours. Candidates must meet the 135 .234(c) requirements for a Part 135 Pilot in Command, hold a current first-class medical, and be authorized to work in the United States. This is not a commutable position
- the candidate must live, or be willing to relocate, within two hours of Marshfield, Massachusetts (KGHG). Preferred qualifications include 3,000 total flight hours, C560XL, Citation, or Part 135 experience, and a clean FAA record with no incidents or accidents.
