About This Role
NetJets is recruiting type-rated Challenger 650 flight crew for its Spain gateway at LEBL, with Barcelona as the preferred location. The posting covers both Pilot in Command and Second in Command positions, requiring a minimum of 3,000 hours of flight time for PIC applicants and 1,500 hours for SIC applicants. The role focuses on safe and efficient aircraft operation, independent navigation and terrain-clearance monitoring, accurate completion of procedures and checklists, safety and aircraft-defect reporting, and consistently excellent customer service. Candidates need a full EASA ATPL with appropriate type ratings, a European Union Class 1 medical, demonstrated excellent performance, and fluent English, preferably at Level 6; extensive global flight experience and military or airline training are listed as advantages.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The stated purpose is to act as Pilot in Command while providing the best possible customer service to support safe operations and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include ensuring the safety of all flights and passengers in accordance with the aircraft Flight Manual, company Standard Operating Procedures, and applicable legislation
- operating flights safely and efficiently under company procedures
- confirming safe navigation through continuous and independent checks of the aircraft's geographical position and terrain clearance
- completing all operational procedures and checklists in accordance with the Airplane Flight Manual and Operations Manuals and as directed by the commander of the flight
- reporting occurrences or incidents that endangered or might have endangered safety
- reporting faults, failures, malfunctions, or defects that may affect airworthiness or safe aircraft operation
- and providing consistently high-quality customer service to support customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- The posting sets a minimum of 3,000 hours of flight time for Pilot in Command applicants and 1,500 hours for Second in Command applicants. A CL605/650 type rating is required, along with a full EASA ATPL carrying the appropriate type ratings and a European Union Class 1 medical. Applicants should demonstrate excellent performance and fluency in English, preferably at Level 6. Extensive global flight experience is valued, while a strong commercial aviation background in a EUOPS and/or AIROPS environment is an advantage
