About This Role
Talon Air seeks a fifth pilot, preferably a Captain, for a dedicated Challenger 605 account based in the New York area. Qualified candidates currently serving as First Officers may also be considered. The charter-friendly account has five pilots and an 8-days-on/6-days-off schedule, which may improve depending on monthly trip activity. The aircraft is expected to fly approximately 500–600 hours annually in total. Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the fifth pilot on a dedicated, New York-area Challenger 605 account supporting consistent charter flying.
- Work within a five-pilot team on an 8-days-on/6-days-off rotation, with the actual schedule potentially better depending on the month and trip activity.
- The aircraft is expected to fly approximately 500–600 hours per year across the account.

Requirements
- Applicants must hold an ATP, an FAA First Class Medical and a valid passport.
- Flight experience requirements are 3,000+ hours total time, 1,000+ hours multi-engine land time, 750+ hours PIC and 150 hours instrument time.
- Within PIC experience, 500+ hours multi-engine land PIC is preferred.
- One year of Part 135 experience is also preferred.
- A Captain is preferred, but qualified pilots currently serving as First Officers may be considered.
