About This Role
Ventura Air Services is seeking an experienced Challenger 604 Captain for a full-time, home-based Part 135 position. The role combines command responsibility, domestic and international flight operations, crew leadership, regulatory compliance, and a high-touch passenger service standard. Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as Pilot in Command and ensure every flight is conducted safely, compliantly, and efficiently.
- Lead all phases of flight planning and execution on domestic and international routes.
- Establish high standards for professionalism, safety, and crew coordination, mentor First Officers, and help maintain a strong team-oriented flight environment.
- Deliver a seamless, high-level passenger experience through clear communication and attentive client service.
- Maintain strict compliance with FAA regulations and company policies, and ensure aircraft readiness and operational integrity at all times.

Requirements
- Minimum requirements are an ATP Certificate, First-Class Medical, CL-604/605/650 Type Rating, 3,000 total flight hours, 1,500 PIC hours, and 250 hours in type. Applicants must be able to travel internationally without restriction, be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, and reside in the continental United States.
