About This Role
Siam Seaplane is recruiting Cessna Caravan C208 pilots for its seaplane operation in Thailand, with four seats on offer on a short-term basis: two Pilot-in-Command positions and two Second-in-Command positions, with selection to be completed within March 2026. The role is open exclusively to Thai nationals, and applicants are instructed to head their application text with the format "Thai - Total FH - Name" (nationality confirmation, total flight hours, full name); applications that omit this or come from non-Thai candidates will not be considered. The successful pilots will fly premium passenger flight services in full compliance with company safety policies, operating as PIC or SIC depending on experience, and must be willing to fly on floats. Entry is possible at 250 hours total time in the SIC seat, while the PIC seat calls for 1,000 hours total time plus C208 currency. Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct premium flight services in full safety and in line with company policies.
- Act as Pilot-in-Command or Second-in-Command depending on your level of experience.
- Fly seaplane operations, which requires a willingness to operate on floats.
- Carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the Chief Operating Officer.

Requirements
- Open to Thai nationals only. Two separate entry tiers are advertised. For the PIC seat: a minimum of 1,000 hours total flight time, a Cessna SET C208 licence/type qualification, and a last flight on type within the preceding 12 months. For the SIC seat: a minimum of 250 hours total flight time, a valid ATPL or CPL, a Class 1 medical certificate, a valid instrument rating, and ICAO English Language Proficiency at Level 5. Candidates must be willing to fly seaplane operations. Advantageous but not required: a SET type rating, a C208 rating, and prior experience in general aviation, skydiving or medevac flying.
