About This Role
easyJet is recruiting experienced, A320-rated line Captains for a two-year fixed-term engagement based in Marrakesh, Morocco, contracted on a full-time basis through Storm Global. Flying from the left-hand seat of the A319/A320/A321 family, the Captain is responsible for the safe, efficient and enjoyable operation of low-cost passenger flights, exercising command authority, setting the highest operating standards and keeping safety at the heart of every decision. Newly engaged A320 family Captains complete a standard easyJet OCC on joining. At the end of the two-year engagement there may be an opportunity to join easyJet's EU AOC through a fast-track process, subject to the availability of positions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate as pilot-in-command in the left-hand seat of A319/A320/A321 aircraft across easyJet's low-cost passenger network.
- Deliver a safe and enjoyable flying experience for crew and customers, make sound command decisions, set and uphold the highest operating standards, and ensure safety is at the heart of every flight.
- Complete a standard easyJet Operator Conversion Course (OCC) upon engagement.

Requirements
- Applicants must have operated as a Commercial Passenger Captain on A320 family aircraft within the last 12 months (measured at the point of application).
- A minimum of 4,000 total flying hours is required, together with a minimum of 1,000 total PIC hours on A320 family aircraft by the easyJet induction date.
- Candidates must hold an EASA licence and an EASA Class 1 Medical, and be willing to convert both to AustroControl before the OCC.
- A minimum of ICAO Level 4 English and the right to live and work in the EU are also required.
- Selection runs through Storm Global: after the application is passed on, the stages comprise an application review, an online personality questionnaire, and an Assessment Centre at London Gatwick consisting of both a non-technical and a technical (SIM) assessment.
