About This Role
Hera Flight, a business aviation operator based in St. Petersburg, Florida, is seeking experienced Captains to operate various business jet aircraft on Part 135 charter operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4000 total flight hours with 2500 hours as PIC and 1000 hours of jet time, along with an ATP license and strong Part 135 experience. This permanent position offers an 8 on/6 off roster with per diem compensation and requires the ability to conduct international multi-country trips daily. Candidates must be self-starters with excellent customer service and leadership skills, and must have legal work authorization in the United States.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate various business jet aircraft on Part 135 charter operations
- Conduct pre-flight inspections and crew briefings
- Manage crew resource management procedures
- Complete required paperwork and flight reports
- Conduct international trips to multiple countries per day
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and safety procedures

Requirements
- Valid FAA ATP license
- Minimum 4000 hours total flight time
- Minimum 2500 hours PIC time
- Minimum 2500 hours multi-engine time
- Minimum 1000 hours jet time
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Ability to pass simulator training as PIC
- Ability to pass FAR Part 135.293 and 135.299 check rides
- 250 hours in type preferred but not required
- Previous Part 135 experience preferred
- No country entering background issues
- Current passport
- Must pass pre-employment drug test
- Must pass 10-year criminal background check
- Must pass DMV check and have valid driver's license
- Employment verification required
- No history of accidents, incidents or FAA action within last 5 years
- Proficient English communication skills
- Proficient with computer and iPad applications
- Legal right to live and work in United States
- Strong leadership and management skills
