About This Role
Vista America is recruiting home-based Captains in the United States and offers E-3 visa support to eligible pilots. The permanent full-time role has a 15/13 schedule and $195,000 guaranteed first-year base pay. An FAA ATP and PIC jet type rating are required; Bombardier is preferred. The advert does not specify an assigned aircraft fleet.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate as Captain in Vista America’s business aviation operations.
- Report to the Flight Operations Manager and support safe flight operations and passenger service.

Requirements
- FAA ATP certificate and a PIC jet type rating.
- At least 3,000 fixed-wing hours, 1,500 PIC hours, 1,500 multi-engine hours and 1,000 turbine hours.
- At least 300 hours of logged IFR experience.
- Current FAA first-class medical certificate.
- No accidents, incidents or FAA enforcement actions in the preceding five years.
- Meet the applicable ICAO Annex 1, section 2.1.10 requirements for international multi-pilot operations.
- Ability to travel to the destinations served by the operator.
- Recent experience: 150 flight hours in the preceding 365 days and 30 in the preceding 90 days.
- U.S. work authorization is required; Vista America offers E-3 visa support to eligible applicants.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bombardier PIC type rating.
