About This Role
German Airways is seeking experienced Captains for its Embraer E190 fleet, based in Cologne or Rostock. The role offers a permanent full-time contract, covering type rating costs and providing a family-like work environment. Candidates should have a minimum of 4000 total flight hours and 1000 PIC hours on aircraft over 20 tonnes.
Requirements
- EASA ATPL(A)
- EASA Medical Class 1
- ICAO English Level 4 or higher
- German language skills at native speaker level or at least B2, alternatively English language skills at native speaker level or at least B2
- Minimum 4,000 hours total flight experience
- Minimum 1,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on aircraft over 20 tonnes
- Unrestricted EU passport and work permit in the EU
- General university entrance qualification (Abitur), Fachhochschulreife or subject-specific university entrance qualification
- Valid reliability check according to legal requirements
- Leadership personality with a high degree of personal responsibility and flexibility
- Pronounced team spirit and commitment
- Preferably: Valid Type Rating for Embraer E170/E190
