About This Role
Starlink Aviation is seeking a Captain dedicated to a Learjet 75 for charter and private operations. The aircraft is utilized by an owner-client and is based in Dorval (Montreal). Reporting to the Vice President of Flight Operations, the role consists of safely planning and managing all international flights and updating aircraft manuals and checklists in close collaboration with the Starlink Aviation team. As an ambassador between the owner-client and the operator, the mission is to ensure the interests of all stakeholders are met while achieving the client-owner's flight objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Vice President of Flight Operations at Starlink Aviation, your role will consist of safely planning and managing all international flights and updating aircraft manuals and checklists in close collaboration with the Starlink Aviation team.
- As an ambassador between the owner-client and the operator, your mission is to ensure the interests of all stakeholders are met while achieving the client-owner's flight objectives.
Requirements
- To join the company's pilot team, you must meet certain basic requirements: Canadian citizenship
- Successfully passed Transport Canada medical exams leading to a Class 1 medical certificate
- Eligible to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC)
- Bilingual (French and English) for international flights, ATC/ground-crew communication, and regulatory compliance
- Canadian Airline Transport Pilot Licence (valid instrument rating). Required experience: Minimum 3,000 flight hours
- Hold an ATPL
- International experience
- Medical evacuation experience (an asset)
- Experience on business jets (Learjet or similar). Your abilities: Learjet 75 type rating (an asset)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, resourcefulness, leadership, flexibility
- Strong safety-oriented professional background.
