About This Role
Toll Aviation, a premier aeromedical transport provider, is recruiting experienced fixed-wing pilots to operate King Air B260 and B360 aircraft for air ambulance operations based in Melbourne, Australia. The role involves single-pilot operations delivering life-saving emergency patient retrieval and transfer services across Victoria and other states. Candidates must hold a CASA ATPL (or CPL with completed ATPL subjects), have minimum 1500 hours PIC, 400 hours multi-engine PIC, and valid Class 1 Medical Certificate. This is a rewarding position working with a multi-disciplined team of Flight Paramedics and medical staff, with shifts commencing and finishing at Essendon.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate King Air B260 and B360 aircraft in single-pilot configuration
- Deliver emergency patient retrieval services across Victoria and other states
- Conduct patient transfer services in close teamwork with Flight Paramedics
- Provide life-saving aeromedical transport services
- Commence and finish shifts from Essendon

Requirements
- CASA ATPL license or CPL with all ATPL subjects completed
- Valid CASA Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Minimum 1500 hours Pilot in Command
- Minimum 400 hours Multi-Engine PIC
- Minimum 100 hours Night PIC
- Minimum 250 hours Instrument Flight time (minimum 125 in-flight)
- Multi-Engine Instrument Rating with minimum 3 renewals
- Ability to work with multi-disciplined team of professionals
- Must pass working with children check
- Must pass ASIC card requirements
- Entitled to work in Australia
- Prepared to undertake pre-employment checks including criminal history check and medical
- Single pilot operations capability
