About This Role
Vista America is hiring a home-based CL300/350 Captain in the United States to deliver safe, high-touch business-aviation service as both aircraft commander and brand ambassador. The permanent role operates a published 15-days-on/13-days-off schedule with travel to and from assignments, operational-control support and opportunities to progress to larger aircraft or leadership roles. Minimums include an ATP, a PIC jet type rating, 3,000 fixed-wing hours, 1,500 PIC, 1,500 multi-engine, 1,000 turbine and 300 instrument hours, plus a current First-Class medical and recent flight experience. Vista advertises guaranteed first-year base pay of $195,000, additional flight and day pay, a sign-on bonus for current CL30 Captains, health coverage, a 401(k) match and company-provided travel tools and uniform.

Requirements
- CL30 Minimums: ATP Rated PIC jet type rating (Challenger preferred) 3,000 hours fixed-wing time 1,500 hours PIC 1500 hours multi-engine 1000 hours turbine 300 hours logged IFR Pilot Requirements: Current First Class Medical Certificate No more than 2 checkride failures No accidents, incidents or FAA enforcement actions in last 5 years Meets the requirements of ICAO Annex 1-2.1.10 as it pertains to aircraft engaged in international commercial air transport operations with more than one pilot Authorization to work in the United States Authorization to travel to/from all cities/countries served 150 hours flight time in previous 365 days/30 hours in previous 90 days
