About This Role
Jet Aviation is seeking a Gulfstream G650 Captain for its private aviation operation in New Castle, Delaware, serving the Wilmington ILG area. The Captain assumes full responsibility for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of assigned flights, leads a professional crew, manages changing domestic and international mission requirements, and delivers a discreet, polished experience for discerning clients. The role combines command responsibility, aircraft-systems expertise, security and safety leadership, trip administration, and brand representation. It requires a variable schedule, extensive unrestricted worldwide travel, and the ability to work in environments ranging from heavy maintenance areas and hangars to premium customer facilities. Duties & Responsibilities
- Command all assigned flights and make critical decisions that ensure compliance with federal, local, and company regulations.
- Maintain complete working knowledge of aircraft systems, operate the aircraft precisely, manage flight plans, and adapt to changing conditions to provide a seamless travel experience.
- Perform TSA Flight Security Coordinator functions under the applicable Twelve-Five Standard Security Program or private charter standard security program, conduct required passenger safety briefings or delegate them to the second in command, promote open communication about safety issues, report hazards, maintain a secure operating environment, and record and report aircraft discrepancies as they occur.
- Manage trip documentation, maintain aircraft manuals, and complete accurate trip paperwork in accordance with company procedures.
- Represent Jet Aviation as a professional Brand Ambassador by delivering exceptional service and demonstrating the company's values of trust, honesty, alignment, and transparency to clients and colleagues while traveling domestic and international routes.

Requirements
- Required qualifications include an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate, FAA First Class Medical, 3,500 hours of total fixed-wing flight time, 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command, 1,500 hours of multi-engine time, 500 hours of turbo-jet time, 500 hours of turbine time, 100 hours of night flight, and 75 hours of simulated instrument time. Candidates must be able to work a variable schedule aligned with flight mission profiles, travel extensively worldwide without restrictions, hold a high school diploma, and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
