Duties & Responsibilities
- Take command of all assigned flights and make critical decisions to ensure compliance with federal, local, and company regulations and the highest safety standards. Maintain complete working knowledge of all aircraft systems, operate with precision, manage flight plans, and adapt to changing conditions to provide a seamless travel experience. Perform the functions of the TSA Flight Security Coordinator (ISC) under the applicable Twelve Five Standard Security Program or private charter standard security program
- conduct required passenger safety briefings or assign them to the second in command
- support open communication on safety issues, report hazards, maintain a secure environment, and record and report aircraft discrepancies as they occur. Manage trip documentation, maintain aircraft manuals, and complete accurate trip paperwork according to company procedures. Serve as the face of Jet Aviation by demonstrating professionalism and dedication to exceptional service. The role includes worldwide travel and work in heavy maintenance areas, upscale customer spaces, and aircraft arrival and departure environments, with occasional noise, vibration, fuel-fume exposure, changing weather, and seasonal hangar temperature extremes. Requirements
- Required qualifications are an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and FAA First Class Medical
