Jet Aviation is seeking a Gulfstream 550 Captain for an elite private aviation operation. The Captain has full responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of state-of-the-art aircraft, leads a professional crew, manages domestic and global missions, adapts to changing conditions, and delivers discreet, high-quality service to discerning clients while upholding the highest standards of safety, service, and professionalism.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Take command of all assigned flights and make critical decisions to ensure safety and compliance with federal, local, and company regulations.
- Maintain complete working knowledge of all aircraft systems, operate the aircraft with precision, manage flight plans, and adapt to changing conditions to provide a seamless travel experience.
- Perform the functions of the TSA Flight Security Coordinator (ISC) under the twelve five standard security program or private charter standard security program, as applicable.
- Conduct required passenger safety briefings or assign that duty to the second in command, support open communication on safety issues, report hazards, uphold a secure operating environment, and record and report aircraft discrepancies as they occur.
- Manage trip documentation, maintain aircraft manuals, and complete accurate trip paperwork in accordance with company procedures.
- Represent Jet Aviation as a professional Brand Ambassador while delivering exceptional service to customers and colleagues.

Requirements
- Required qualifications include an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate, FAA First Class Medical, 3,500 hours of total fixed-wing time, 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command, 1,500 hours of multi-engine time, 500 hours of turbo-jet time, 500 hours of turbine time, 100 hours of night time, and 75 hours of simulated instrument time. Candidates must be able to work a variable schedule to meet flight mission profiles and must be willing to travel extensively worldwide without restrictions. A high school diploma, valid driver's license, and clean driving record are required. Preferred qualifications include strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
