About This Role
Captain role at Jet Aviation operating the Bombardier Global 7500 fleet out of Kowloon, Hong Kong. Reports to the Director of Flight Operations and leads aircraft operations with a focus on safety, service, and operational excellence for VIP/business-aviation clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of all crew members, passengers and cargo onboard.
- Ensure all operational procedures and checklists are complied with per the Operations Manual (FOM).
- Coordinate work distribution within the flight crew for good airmanship.
- Ensure precise navigation and observation of minimum altitudes.
- Observe the limitations of all aircraft systems and ensure proper handling of the aircraft.
- Enforce strict use of checklists.
- Ensure usable fuel remaining suffices to reach an airport for a safe landing with final reserve fuel remaining.
- Maintain close contact with cabin crew on cabin safety.
- Ensure flight and technical logs are completed and file written occurrence/accident reports as needed.
- Comply with the Operations Manual (FOM) and the Air Navigation Order (ANO).
Requirements
- Valid ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot Licence) with current type rating on Global 7500.
- Minimum 5,000 total flight hours.
- Minimum 500 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on type.
- Valid FAA, EASA, or UK licence.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, aviation regulations, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in international operations and adverse weather conditions.
- Current Class 1 Medical Certificate.
