About This Role
Excellent Air GmbH is recruiting a full-time, permanent C525 Captain to command C525-series aircraft on charter and corporate flights throughout Europe and occasionally beyond. The role focuses on safe, efficient and customer-oriented flight operations under EASA Part-CAT standards and company procedures, with high standards of safety, professionalism, CRM and client representation. Memmingerberg is the company's home-base hub for a fleet of eight Citation CJ2, three Citation CJ3 and two Citation CJ4 jets. Duties & Responsibilities
- As a C525 Captain, you will take command of C525-series aircraft on charter flights and conduct charter and corporate flights within Europe, with occasional flights beyond Europe.
- You will ensure safe, efficient and customer-oriented operations in accordance with EASA Part-CAT standards and company procedures, while maintaining full compliance with EASA and company operational standards.
- Duties also include maintaining the highest levels of safety, professionalism and CRM, supporting continuous improvement of flight operations, and representing Excellent Air GmbH to clients and partners with integrity and discretion.

Requirements
- Applicants must hold an EASA ATPL(A), or a CPL(A) with ATPL(A) theory credit, together with MCC and advanced UPRT training.
- A C525 type rating is listed as preferred rather than mandatory.
- The role requires a Class 1 Medical Certificate, a minimum of 2,000 hours of total flight time, the right to work and reside in the EU, and an unrestricted EU passport.
- Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, team spirit and a customer-oriented mindset, fluent English at ICAO Level 4 or higher, and a driving licence.
