About This Role
Execaire Aviation is seeking a Falcon 7X Captain to operate private jet missions safely and efficiently, with responsibility for passengers, aircraft readiness, client service, and coordination with the assigned aircraft maintenance engineer. The role is based in Toronto and requires an ATPL, at least 1,500 hours of total flying time, international travel capability, and ongoing maintenance of all applicable licences, medical certification, type ratings, and operational qualifications.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The Falcon 7X Captain is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft and for passenger safety from take-off through landing.
- Duties include ensuring the aircraft is generally ready for assigned missions, complying with company procedures and policies, serving as the key contact between Execaire Aviation and its client to deliver a high level of customer service and satisfaction, and working closely with the assigned aircraft maintenance engineer to coordinate maintenance inspections and actions that minimize disruption to the flying schedule.
- The Captain also performs any other duties assigned by the Chief Pilot.

Requirements
- Applicants must hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (ATPL) and have a minimum of 1,500 hours of total flying time.
- A university degree, aviation flight college diploma, or equivalent military experience is an asset.
- The role requires a valid passport and the ability to travel internationally.
- Pilots must maintain valid authorization to conduct commercial flight operations, including an appropriate pilot licence, medical certificate, aircraft type rating(s), and all other qualifications required by the applicable aviation authority.
- Desired qualities include a strong professional commitment to safety, exceptional interpersonal and customer-service skills, strong technical skills, self-reliance, and the ability to work under pressure.
- A Challenger endorsement is an asset.
