About This Role
Captain role at Jet Aviation flying a Falcon 2000LXS based at Washington County, PA, conducting domestic and international Part 135 charter flights. The position requires commanding all assigned flights, serving as the In-Flight Security Coordinator under the twelve-five or private charter standard security program, managing trip documentation, and maintaining complete working knowledge of all aircraft systems. Applicants must hold an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with FAA First Class Medical and meet stated minimums of 3,500 total fixed-wing hours, 1,500 PIC hours, 1,500 multi-engine hours, and 500 turbo-jet hours; the role requires willingness to travel extensively worldwide with no restrictions. Compensation is $245,000 to $255,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, HSA/FSA, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead with Confidence: Take command of all assigned flights, making critical decisions to ensure safety and compliance with federal, local, and company regulations.
- Deliver Excellence: Maintain a complete working knowledge of all aircraft systems to operate with precision, manage flight plans, and adapt to changing conditions to guarantee a seamless travel experience.
- Champion Safety & Compliance: Perform the functions of the In TSA Flight Security Coordinator (ISC) under the provision of the twelve five standard security program or private charter standard security program as applicable.
- Conduct the required passenger safety briefings or assign that duty to the second in command.
- Provide Administrative Excellence: Manage trip documentation, maintain aircraft manuals, and complete accurate trip paperwork according to company procedures.

Requirements
- Expert Credentials: Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and FAA First Class Medical required.
- Proven Experience: 3,500 hours total fixed-wing time, including 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command, 1,500 hours Multi-Engine, 500 hours Turbo-Jet, 500 hours Turbine, 100 hours Night and 75 hours Simulated Instrument.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a variable schedule to meet flight mission profiles.
- Global Readiness: Willingness to travel extensively worldwide with no restrictions.
- Education: High school diploma required.
- License Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
