Contour Airlines is seeking experienced Captains for regional operations on Embraer ERJ 135/145 aircraft based in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The role requires ATP certification, minimum 1,500 total hours (500 PIC), and 500 multi-engine hours. Requirements
- Valid U.S. Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate
- Minimum 23 years of age
- Current First-Class Medical Certificate
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Current, valid passport
- Able to lift 75 lbs routinely
- English Proficiency Endorsement (EPE)
- Able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules
- No excessive check ride failures
- No previous aviation-related accidents or incidents
- Must reside within 120 minutes of assigned duty station (SJU)
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated
- Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screen
- Must pass FAA & Company random drug/alcohol testing
- 10-year work history review
- Criminal background check & fingerprinting
- Ability to work in compliance with OSHA, EPA, state, and federal regulations
- Minimum 1,500 total flight hours (2,000 recommended)
- Minimum 500 PIC hours (1,000 recommended)
- Minimum 500 multi-engine hours (1,000 recommended)
- Spanish fluency preferred but not required
